great service but area feels unfamiliar

The rooftop wine bar offers a unique experience from Thursday to Sunday. The helpfulness of the staff turned a stressful situation with my suitcase locker into a positive experience.

I enjoyed my stay, although the rooftop pool was a bit smaller than expected. The concrete design lent a cool vibe. I loved the nearby taco joint—definitely a must-try! For future guests, consider higher floor rooms for better city views.

I loved how the hotel's central position made it so easy to explore attractions like the Museum of Contemporary Art and LA Live, not to mention the diverse food options just steps away with places like Zinque and DTLA Ramen around the corner for quick bites.

The Medium Queen room was cozy, despite being a bit small. I really liked the decor and the bed was super comfy. The city view was a nice bonus! It got a bit noisy at night since it's in downtown LA, which made it hard to focus on work. The rooftop area was a fun spot, though seats were hard to snag. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which added to the good vibes.

Oh man, let’s talk food! You’re walking distance from Zinque, where the brunch is simply to die for, and DTLA Ramen is perfect for some late-night slurping. Plus, my Junior King Suite was sleek and stylish, giving me all the comfy feels.

But I gotta say, we didn’t feel super secure here. No valet service even though it was promised, and a creep followed us back from a concert without any security around. A little unsettling, especially for a city that never sleeps.

My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities like a pool or kid-friendly dining options to make the stay more enjoyable.
